The stamp is Whipper Snapper, Tuesday Bathing Beauty. It's so cute! I just love it! The image is stamped with black pigment and heat embossed with clear powder. It is colored with Copic markers, W1 and W3 for the tub, the towels and soap are RV21 and RV 34. Her hair is Y38 and the bubbles are BG10. The inside is stamped with "May your day bubble over with fun" by Stampendous. The polka dot paper is by October Afternoon.
